About Erik

Erik Shikerin is an Associate at Vaar. His key areas of expertise are privacy, contract and procurement law.

He has prior hands-on experience from legal consulting for tech firms within the fields of privacy, contract and corporate law. With a passion for technology from long before he started studying law, he stays focused on delivering sound advice which is understandable and usable to clients in practice.

Before joining Vaar, Erik worked as an associate within construction. During this time, he assisted in the procurement and contracting of some of the larger projects in the field. That way he developed an understanding of the legal needs of projects in particular, which also was the theme of his master’s thesis.
